With over 20 years relevant experience, Andrew collaborates with our clients to optimise their solutions. His expertise lies in data and analytics, enabling him to deliver data-informed insights that drive transformative change, whilst also providing clients with the tools they need to quantity decision making. Andrew leverages a diverse set of tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Power BI, and of course Excel, among others, to enhance client solutions.

Elle is a UX Researcher and has developed her skill and passion whilst studying Ergonomics Human Factors Design; giving a unique perspective to research. She enjoys understanding users’ pains to help develop the best solution possible. As someone who likes variety, Nexer helps achieve this by providing the opportunity to work on interesting projects.

Elizabeth has over 30 years of UX experience consulting on projects ranging from public websites to touchscreen apps or indeed, the International Space Station. She loves a good discussion of defining what experience is.

Emma is and interaction designer who joined Nexer after working as a user experience designer for a local government. She’s passionate about creating human centred design that is accessible to all. Constantly changing and adapting to different environments and tasks to ensure she can engage and really understand what and who she is designing for.

Emma has been working in IT and Accessibility for 15 years, and has worked in almost every field - from secure government and defense to TV and media and healthcare. 

Living in Scottish Highlands, she originally hoped to become a mysterious cryptid to rival Nessie but was sidetracked by the need for better accessibility both online and offline.

As both an IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility, and an Agile and ISTQB-certified Tester, she’s got a keen eye for accessibility issues and for finding solutions that consider the needs of each individual project. She’s always glad to talk on accessibility matters—whether that’s one-on-one, to a team or on a stage—and can usually be found dual-wielding tea and Irn Bru while fixating on her latest favourite thing.

With over five years of experience writing in the charity sector, Jade is passionate about creating change through words and well-curated user journeys. A graduate from the Content Design Academy, she loves working out what a user really needs and testing it (again and again!). Not a fan of the phrase “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it” – we can always improve and learn more!

James is a Front End Developer with over a decade of experience. With his roots being in design, he now builds websites and apps with accessibility and UX at the forefront and really enjoys seeing a design come to life in the browser. He also has a passion for bringing new techniques and processes into the team.

Jen lives for admin, having spent the last 15+ years honing her skills across the private and third sectors. With marketing, HR and project experience to boot, she has joined Nexer to provide support across the business. Can often be found happily lost in a complex spreadsheet.

Kieran has a passion for designing inclusive services for both end users and staff. He joined Nexer after working as a Service Designer in local government. He loves to pick apart and reshape complex services to help them become easier to understand and use.

Lee keeps products focused on delivering business objectives. She joins Nexer from local government where she managed a council's digital transformation programme; improving customer experience while delivering efficiencies and embedding agile working practices and principles.

Tychay-Lauren is a User Experience Designer at Nexer Digital, who is enthusiastic about human-centred design and curated user experiences. She enjoys challenges which allow her to conceptualise and develop her approach to different projects. 

Michael is an experienced, dedicated Business Analyst and Product Manager. Most recently, Michael has been working with Nexer at the Department of Education in a senior BA role as part of a multi-disciplinary agile team.

Greg is an experienced content designer and has worked on a wide range of content projects in the private and public sectors. He loves listening to users and producing content that addresses their needs. He has a proven track record of taking long complex content and making it accessible to everybody.

Fritz is a highly experienced Product and Service Designer with a focus on lean methods of working, multi-disciplinary development and user-driven solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in digital and a soft spot for the public sector. Fritz likes working in the open, being part of a team and starting with pen and paper.

Caroline has extensive experience of programme, project, and budget and risk management. She works with an excellent collaborative style in supporting effective business engagement and with a clear focus on delivery. 

Harry helps to foster tech teams and the humans who help form and fuel them. Creating better outcomes, more value, happier humans and solid autonomous teams.

Off Grid are a creative partner collaborating with the Nexer teams across a range of projects. They bring their expertise in creative digital design and UX to transform an idea or wireframe into a visually exciting and engaging product.

Georgie is an experienced user researcher and content designer. She does this job because she's passionate about creating products and services that users actually need.  "Why do you do that?" is her favourite question. She has very strong opinions about stationery, literature, and houseplants. 

Jim is an experienced UX & Product Design principle with 20 years of experience designing award winning solutions at agencies such as McCann, Havas, and now Nexer.

Jim is strategic thinker with a strong track record of solving client and user problems. Whilst predominantly a UX designer, he can add the most value at the intersection between UX design, Product Design and Service Design.
